Join author Sue Welfare in a unique creative writing workshop. This workshop is suitable for people at all stages of their writing career – whether you’re taking a first step or you’re already up and running and looking to improve your writing skills.
You’ll spend the day learning how to create believable characters, how to plot, how to drive the plot along with dialogue, where to look for plots, the concept of writing within a genre – as well as lots of advice on how to edit to make the best of what you’ve created, as well as routes to publication.
The day will be based around a series of short writing exercises, giving you the chance to put any tips and advice you’ve taken on into practice.

Sue Welfare has been writing professionally for over twenty years and her romantic comedy novels have been published by Harper Collins, Headline and Avon, among others. In 2015 her self-published debut thriller, ‘Next of Kin’, hit the bookshelves to stunning reviews. Her next book, ‘Losing Leah’, also a thriller, is published by Mirror Books on March 22nd 2018. Sue is also an artist and lives in Norfolk.
