Market Place is bringing art and traditional skills to the St George's Fayre in March on Sunday 28th April
The town centre streets in March are pedestrianised for the day, creating space for a bustling street market and fun fair. Don't miss the opening parade at 10.00am in celebration of St George into the market place followed by live music and dance performances throughout the day. There is a wide variety of entertainment free of charge from Viking warriors to live magic! so why not come and join in celebrating England's national day!
There will be lots of fun activity for the whole family to enjoy! There are over 100 stalls at the Fayre, including live music and entertainment, a fun fair, falconry demonstrations, delicious street food options, and much more!
At the popular annual St George's Fayre in March, Cambridgeshire, Market Place will be hosting a fantastic ArtZone filled with fun, free activities for all ages to enjoy!
Inspired by this years theme of 'Vikings and Dragons' we'll be making viking helmets, dragon eggs and a dragon of the future too! There'll be story telling throughout the day and the chance to see some brilliant heritage & traditional skills on display too! Find the ArtZone near the March Library on the mound
Remember to collect your ArtZone stamp card on the day and fill it as you complete the activities & then be entered into a great prize draw!
