Time/s: 9:00am

We’re delighted that we can support the first “Celebrate the Fens” Day on 20th June 2020 which is hosted by @FascinatingFens with a series of videos all about the unique landscape and environment of the Fen region.

We’ve commissioned Environmental Artist Kaitlin Ferguson to produce a series of short inspirational videos aimed at connecting creativity and the landscape around us - especially the Fens, in which she grew up and loves to re-explore whenever she can.

In the video series Kaitlin will be sharing her love of the Fens and suggest artistic ideas to try at home and discover ways of exploring our own creative conversations with the world around us.

So in this time of social distancing, consider taking a walk in the Fens, follow Kaitlin’s suggestions and when you’ve got something to share post it online with the hashtag #ArtAndTheFens.

We’ll be hosting pictures and artworks in the growing Fascinating Fens online gallery.
