The Creative Collaborations Conference will be held at the Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds on Friday 16 June. As part of the Once Upon A Festival this will be stimulating and practical day for all of you interested in creating performance work for children and young people. Market Place are offering travel reimbursement (33p per mile).
Led by Chris Elwell, Director of Half Moon Theatre, it’s open to all professional artists, theatre makers, and those in the education sector. You will have opportunities to collaborate in exiting ways to take ideas through to production. £4000 is to be awarded to create new theatre for young audiences.

As well as being Market Place consortium members, supporting the governance of the project, New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich are also providing support with marketing and evaluation expertise and we will be seeking links with our programme in order to give the audiences of Forest Heath & Fenland the best quality arts experiences possible.
